Our Guarantee – We look forward to making your experience with SPEE™ an excellent one. Our Service Reps are here to assist you from the time you place your order to the point at which you utilize our products, in your office. Do not hesitate to utilize our years of experience and dedication, never fear just call.
Shipping – Because your order and more importantly your time is important to us we ship all orders United Parcel Service or UPS to you and me. We offer both next day and second day service upon request for an added cost. We will obviously take responsibility for any shipping error we cause, however we are not responsible for errors associated with incorrect ordering, you the customer will be responsible for all shipping and restocking associated with the error.
Ordering – To place an order call 866.369.1978 or on our website www.SPEECorp.com. Our Service Reps are always available between the hours of 7:30 a.m. — 4:30 p.m. pacific time. You can also fax an order to us; our number is 818.337.2110, 24/7/365.
Cancellation – If you ever need to cancel and order please call, 619.399.7003 immediately. If by chance we have not shipped your order no fee will be charged; if your order has shipped you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Returns – A full refund will be granted to all orders returned within 30 days from the invoice date. After 30 days and up to 2 months from the invoice date, we are required to charge a 15% restocking fee. SPEE™ can not accept returns after 4 months from the date of the invoice. All goods must be in their original packaging and in original condition.
Defective Goods – If by chance any of our products are defective, we will pick up the defective merchandise within 30 Days of invoice, using UPS or a carrier to be determined by us. We will immediately replace or repair the product, if we are unable to do so we will issue a credit at no extra charge to you.
You must return the defective goods with a legible copy of the invoice. Please return the goods to the following address:

Payments – You may pay your invoice with either a check or credit card. Also, for your convenience we accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover and will ask for you card number at the time of placing your order. As a matter of security we must receive payment prior to shipping all overseas orders, we thank you for your understanding.
SPEE™ holds the right to make changes to and discontinue products at anytime, we may also change terms and adjust prices without prior notice.
